Legal & Terms of Purchase

Both vaults, Signal and Momentum, are instant-access digital downloads. By purchasing you agree to these terms.

1. Who you are buying from

COURSENT ("we", "us"), trading at coursent.net. Support: help.coursent@gmail.com.

Checkout is handled by Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy depending on which you buy through. That platform acts as merchant of record for your purchase, which means it is the seller of record for tax purposes, it calculates and remits any VAT due, and its own terms apply alongside these.

2. Digital product

Coursent is a digital product delivered electronically. On payment confirmation you receive access to downloadable files: an Obsidian vault of linked markdown notes, fill-in templates, and a prompt library.

Signal contains modules 00 to 03, the prompt library, the templates and the technical guides. Momentum contains everything in Signal plus modules 04 and 05, the Operator, the content and sales templates, the worksheets, access to the private Discord channel, and priority support for 30 days from purchase.

No physical product is shipped. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout. Updates to the vault are included free for the life of the product.

3. Price and launch pricing

The price shown on coursent.net at the moment you buy is the price you pay. Payment is one-time; there is no subscription, no recurring charge and no upsell after purchase. VAT is calculated and added at checkout by Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy according to where you are.

Signal and Momentum are currently sold at a launch price of €39 and €79. We state on the site that these prices rise to €89 and €149 once 150 copies have been sold. That is a statement about a future price, not a discount from a past one: Coursent has never charged €89 or €149, and no crossed-out or "regular" price is shown anywhere on this site.

Once the price rises it applies only to purchases made afterwards. A price change never affects a purchase already completed, and you will never be asked for the difference. Everything you were given at the launch price remains yours, including all future updates.

4. Delivery, withdrawal and refunds

Coursent is instant-access digital content. At checkout you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU and UK normally have for online purchases. That consent is what makes an instant download possible, and it is requested before payment completes.

Because delivery is immediate and the files are yours to keep, we do not operate a general change-of-mind refund policy.

That said: if the product is broken, incomplete, or not what this page describes, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. That is not a discretionary favour, it is what you are entitled to when something is not as described.

Checkout is handled by Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Each operates its own refund process, which applies alongside these terms and independently of them. A refund request made through that platform is decided by that platform.

5. Your statutory rights

The commitment in section 4 is something we offer voluntarily, in addition to your rights under law. It does not replace or reduce them.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately there is an exception: you get instant access only if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal. That consent is requested at checkout, and it is what makes an instant download possible.

Nothing in these terms affects any right you have that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

6. No income or results guarantees

Coursent provides educational and informational material only. We make no guarantee, promise or representation of any kind regarding income, revenue, sales, customers, followers, business success, or any specific outcome.

No earnings figures or results are shown anywhere on this site, in the product, or in our marketing. If that ever changes, any figure shown will be identified as one person's actual result, will be stated as not typical, and will not be a projection or a promise of what you will achieve.

What you achieve depends entirely on your own effort, execution, skill, subject, market conditions and factors outside anyone's control. The commitment in section 4 is tied solely to whether the system delivered the build it describes, never to whether that build earned money.

7. Your licence

Coursent is licensed to you, one buyer, for personal and commercial use in building and selling your own digital products.

You may use the method, templates and prompts to create products you sell under your own brand, adapt any of it as far as you like, and keep your copy indefinitely. Anything you produce with it is entirely yours. We claim no ownership of your course, your copy or your revenue, and we take no share of it.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload or republish the Coursent files themselves, in whole or in substantial part, nor use them to create a directly competing course-building product.

The distinction is simple: what you build with it is yours; what we handed you is not yours to hand on.

This licence is for one buyer and cannot be transferred. It ends if you breach it, and ending it does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Access and traceability

Your download link is unique to your purchase and downloads made through it are logged by the payment platform. Unauthorised distribution is a breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content inside Coursent, including the written material, structure, templates and prompts, is our intellectual property. Reproduction or distribution outside the licence above is a violation of these terms.

10. Chargebacks

If you think you are owed a refund, please contact support first. It is the fastest route and we would rather sort it directly.

Nothing here affects your right to raise a dispute with your bank, card issuer or the payment platform. Where a dispute is raised we may present our records of delivery and access to that provider.

11. Your own compliance

Coursent explains what we understand about consumer law, VAT, advertising standards and platform rules, and it is a starting point for your own checking rather than a substitute for professional advice in your own country. You are responsible for your own tax, your own claims, and your own compliance with the rules of any platform you sell on.

Nothing in the product or on this site is legal, financial or tax advice.

12. Acceptable use

Do not use Coursent to build anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and do not represent yourself as affiliated with or endorsed by Coursent.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Privacy

We collect only what is needed to deliver the product: your email address and a record of your purchase. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment platform and are never seen or stored by us. We do not sell your data. Full detail, including your rights, is in the privacy policy.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you bought, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

16. Law and disputes

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in. If you are a consumer, those rights apply regardless of anything written here.

17. Contact

For support and refund enquiries: help.coursent@gmail.com. Momentum members, put "Momentum" in the subject line for priority handling.
